Return & Exchange Policy

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to request a return or exchange, please review the following guidelines:

• To initiate a return or exchange, email visionbyioio@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the request.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide return shipping labels.
• All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• Original tags must still be attached to the garment.
• All returned items will be inspected upon arrival. Any item showing signs of wear, washing, damage, stains, odors, or missing tags may be denied and returned to the sender.
• Once your return is approved and received, your exchange or refund will be processed according to the original payment method.

IOIO reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the conditions outlined above.
